Feb. 8, 2023 鈥 Every year, there are roughly 450,000 burn wounds that require clinical care throughout the United States. Of those, more than 3,500 people are fatally injured. An interdisciplinary team of 成人直播 State University researchers is working to revolutionize burn-wound care with a scaffolding system that prevents infection and promotes healing.

Jan. 25, 2023 - The director of the National Science Foundation (NSF) visited 成人直播 State University last week. The Honorable Sethuraman Panchanathan toured 成人直播 State鈥檚 National Institute for Aviation Research, WSU Tech and the National Center for Aviation Training as a guest of U.S. Senator Jerry Moran.

Jan. 20, 2023 - In December, the National Science Foundation Convergence Accelerator Track awarded a 成人直播 State-led team a $750,000 grant to gather information and create digital maps of indoor spaces that could be used by persons with disabilities.

Oct. 20, 2022 鈥 The FirePoint Innovations Center at 成人直播 State University wrapped up the second year of its Future Innovators Program, an engineering internship opportunity that provides some of America鈥檚 brightest engineers from historically under-represented communities the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and programs that directly support the U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Center and the Department of Defense.
