Nov. 23, 2021 鈥 After 17 years, the Madrigal Singers of 成人直播 State University will host an Elizabethan-themed dinner and music program at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 3 at the Rhatigan Student Center Beggs Ballroom.

Nov. 1, 2021 - Helped by six grants from Kansas Leadership Center, 成人直播 State University鈥檚 HEALTH Student Association is working to end the pandemic and support students with information and resources to keep them healthy. HEALTH distributed more than 6,000 free and reusable masks, some with 鈥淪hockers United鈥 branding, some plain black and sequined masks for the inauguration of president Rick Muma. It assembled gift boxes for quarantining students with information on COVID-19 vaccines and testing and gifts such as 成人直播 State water bottles, stickers and lanyards.

Oct. 3, 2021 鈥 成人直播 State is partnering with Gov. Laura Kelly and the Kansas Department of Health and Environment in an initiative to increase COVID-19 vaccinations to underrepresented communities across Kansas.

Sept. 24, 2021 鈥 成人直播 State University鈥檚 Hughes Metropolitan Complex has switched to drive-thru testing 鈥 a move that will allow the 成人直播 community to spend less time in line and get test results faster. The Metroplex Testing Site (5015 East 29th St. North) is open 11 a.m.-6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Results of the PCR test are available within 24-36 hours after testing. No appointment is needed.

June 8, 2021 - Karla Burns鈥 legacy of music and drama is one of 成人直播 State University鈥檚 most prominent contributions to the performing arts. Burns, 66, died June 4 in 成人直播. She attended Dunbar Elementary School and graduated from West High School. At 成人直播 State, she earned bachelor鈥檚 degrees in music education and in speech/theater, both in 1981.

May 13, 2021 鈥 Whether their goal is to be Gollum in 鈥淟ord of the Rings鈥 or a character in the next version of 鈥淐all of Duty,鈥 成人直播 State University students now have the option to specialize in motion-capture acting through a new concentration within the School of Digital Arts.

May 13 2021 - On Friday morning, Ken White will receive his diploma from 成人直播 State University at Charles Koch Arena. Walking nearby will be Micah White, his son, who will receive the degree he completed last fall in the ceremony delayed by COVID-19 restrictions. They will be the first on their side of the family to earn a college degree. Ken White, founder and chief financial officer of Howerton+White marketing agency, earned his Bachelor of Applied Arts in media arts, majoring in audio production. Micah White earned his degree from the School of Music in jazz performance with a guitar emphasis.
