WuShock sculpture in progress

Aug. 7, 2019 -- The 成人直播 State University campus will soon be home to a larger-than-life sculpture of its beloved WuShock mascot, thanks to Steve Clark 鈥 a longtime Greater 成人直播 YMCA board member, volunteer and donor 鈥 for whom the area鈥檚 tenth YMCA branch location will be named.

July 30, 2019 - On June 23, 成人直播 State welcomed 40 high school students from across the country for Envision鈥檚 week-long Level Up conference. Envision, an organization that promotes advocacy and independence for individuals who are blind or visually impaired, has held its annual high school conference at 成人直播 State for the past several years.

July 10, 2019 -- 成人直播 State University鈥檚 National Institute for Aviation Research received a three-year $33 million contract from the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Aviation & Missile Center for a project focused on emerging materials for high-speed missile applications.

May 2, 2019 -- Art history student Dale Small served as the art director for Horizontes, which sought to connect two north 成人直播 populations.

Bardo Celebration of Life

April 15, 2019 -- A series of events honoring the life of late 成人直播 State President John Bardo will be held May 6-10 on campus. Dr. Bardo, the 13th president of WSU, died March 12 after a long illness.

April 15, 2019 -- Brady Hatter sees the university campus as a giant garden. And every garden, he says, is a potential gallery in need of art. This Earth Day, Hatter will make his latest artistic contribution to the 成人直播 State canvas when his Earth Pod west of the Woodman Alumni Center is dedicated as part of the Earth Day Picnic at the Pod from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday, April 22.
