Oct. 4, 2023 鈥 成人直播 State University has announced the creation of the WSU Retiree Association (WSURA), aimed at providing new paths for Shocker faculty and staff retirees to continue active engagement with the university. The new association adds to the existing array of perks available to retirees.

Sept. 21, 2023 鈥 John and Gail Wadsworth have given a lead gift of $1.5 million to 成人直播 State University and Shocker Athletics, earmarked for the Softball Team Operations Facility at Wilkins Stadium. The building is a part of the $9.65 million Phase 1 of the stadium renovation plan, which will begin development in the spring of 2024.

Sept. 11, 2023 鈥 成人直播 State University is holding a parade next month and is inviting anyone in the community to join in. Starting at 6 p.m. Oct. 6 on the WSU campus, the parade is part of the university鈥檚 annual Shocktoberfest celebration.

June 2, 2023 鈥 Dr. Elizabeth King, president and CEO of the 成人直播 State University Foundation and Alumni Engagement (WSUFAE), announced today her intention to retire in six months after a national search to fill her position is conducted.

May 18, 2023 - Dean Rodney Miller will retire in June following 19 years leading the College of Fine Arts at 成人直播 State University. During his tenure, the School of Digital Arts was created and enrollment in the college has grown to over 1,000 students.

May 9, 2023 鈥 Shocker graduate Alissa Haddock has spent her whole life battling liver disease. Now she has a 成人直播 State diploma and a new liver to help her start the next phase of her life.

March 30, 2023 - 成人直播 State University students use the editing suite at Shocker Studios for their video projects. The studio features theater lighting and seating, a 4K digital cinema compliant projector and a 200-inch screen. 鈥淣o one else has this, certainly no one in the Midwest,鈥 said Justin Rorabaugh, director of Shocker Studios.
