Dec. 6, 2021鈥 Aunjnae White, a first-generation student, will work at a domestic violence shelter following graduation with a degree in psychology from WSU. White is one of more than 1,100 students eligible for fall 2021 graduation.

November 29, 2021 鈥 成人直播 State University鈥檚 Center for Entrepreneurship (CEI) has granted two students the Women for Women's Innovation Award 鈥 one who wants to use an app to help those with chronic illnesses, the other who wants to support local businesses by creating 成人直播 artisan gift boxes.

Oct. 29, 2021 - The American Athletic Conference is investing in big cities and the state of Texas with its addition of six new members recently. The University of Alabama at Birmingham, Florida Atlantic University, University of North Carolina at Charlotte, University of North Texas, Rice University and University of Texas at San Antonio had their applications for membership approved last week.

Oct. 21, 2021 - The Shocker Career Accelerator organized the AAC Virtual Career Fair on Oct. 28 (10 a.m.-5 p.m.). All 11 full members of the American Athletic Conference will participate (although the event is not connected to the athletic departments or conference).

Louisa Brunt

Oct. 11, 2021 - Louisa Brunt, from Manchester, England, transferred to 成人直播 State from Texas Tech University to golf and to earn her master鈥檚 degree in criminal justice. Brunt graduated from Texas Tech, where she earned Academic All-Big 12 honors three times, with a major in criminology and a minor in forensic science. Brunt expects her career path to take her into police work or the FBI.

JW Webster

Oct. 1, 2021 鈥 Before he could even walk, JW Webster could do something only a handful of other people in the world could do: speak the Cherokee language. Today Webster is one of only 1,200 people who can fluently read, write and speak the indigenous language 鈥 which is ranked as one of the most difficult languages to learn. In August, Webster鈥檚 sacred knowledge became part of 成人直播 State University鈥檚 applied linguistics program through a new class, Elementary Cherokee I (LING 590).

Oct. 16, 2021 - Later this fall, pickleball becomes permanent on campus at the Heskett Center鈥檚 Outdoor Sports Complex. 聽When it became necessary to resurface six tennis courts, John Lee, director of Campus Recreation, decided to do something different. The complex will feature four pickleball courts, two courts for tennis and two existing courts for half-court basketball and one for futsal.聽
