May 6, 2022 鈥� Pamela Clancy Ammar and Alex Ammar were named recipients of the 2022 Fairmount Founders鈥� Award at the annual Fairmount Society dinner held on May 5 at Mark Arts. May 5, 2022 鈥� Chonnor Ludolph was named Mr. Shocker at the athletic department鈥檚 Gold Carpet Awards in April, given to a senior who displays excellence in athletics, academics, character, service, and personal development. Ludolph finished third in the American Athletic Conference decathlon in 2021. Chonnor is one of more than 2,400 students eligible for spring 2022 graduation. April 15, 2022 鈥� Deborah J. (Davis) Bardo, former first lady of 成人直播 State University, died April 15, 2022. Mrs. Bardo was married to WSU鈥檚 13th president, Dr. John Bardo, for 44 years until his death on March 12, 2019. She is survived by their son, Christopher.

April 7, 2022 鈥� Two 成人直播-area teachers who graduated from 成人直播 State University鈥檚 School of Education were recently recognized for their outstanding work in the classroom by the White House with the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching.
