May 26, 2022 鈥 An interdisciplinary team from 成人直播 State University will participate in a $24 million state initiative to help rural and urban communities prepare for and recover from natural disasters.

Esports students

May 18, 2022 鈥 After winning the Eastern College Athletic Conference Championship, the 成人直播 State Varsity Esports Valorant team qualified for a direct bid to compete in the Collegiate Esports Commissioners Cup, a milestone for WSU's Esports program.

2021 commencement

May 12, 2022 鈥 More than 2,400 students are eligible to participate in the 124th spring commencement ceremonies Saturday, May 14, at 成人直播 State University. Ceremonies will be held in Charles Koch Arena.

Alex Ammar and Pamela Clancy Ammar

May 6, 2022 鈥 Pamela Clancy Ammar and Alex Ammar were named recipients of the 2022 Fairmount Founders鈥 Award at the annual Fairmount Society dinner held on May 5 at Mark Arts. The WSU Foundation gives the award out annually to recognize those who provide outstanding service and generosity to 成人直播 State University.

Maria Romero Rodriguez

May 3, 2022 鈥 Maria Romero Rodriguez came to 成人直播 State University from Madrid, Spain to study and compete in the pentathlon and heptathlon for the track and field team. She will graduate in May and compete at Cessna Stadium in the American Athletic Conference Outdoor Championships with her family in attendance.

Ludolph finished third in the American Athletic Conference decathlon in 2021. Chonnor is one of more than 2,400 students eligible for spring 2022 graduation. April 15, 2022 鈥 Deborah J. (Davis) Bardo, former first lady of 成人直播 State University, died April 15, 2022. Mrs. Bardo was married to WSU鈥檚 13th president, Dr. John Bardo, for 44 years until his death on March 12, 2019. She is survived by their son, Christopher.
