Fellows Attend the National GK-12 PIs Meeting
WSU GK-12 fellows Melissa Bean and Kate Brane attended the gathering of GK-12 participants in Washington, DC. Dr. Schneegurt and the fellows joined hundreds of GK-12 fellows, teachers, and PIs at the Renaissance Hotel to network, discuss practical issues, and hear speakers that included the Director of NSF. The GK-12 fellows presented a poster about the Pass Me the Salt Program to the meeting participants. This was an enjoyable and enriching experience for everyone. There was a good deal of benchmarking and new contacts were made.
